Enter into the Pure Land of Kadam Lamrim with Gen Kelsang Tonglam

Retreat is an opportunity to emphasis spiritual practices and gain deep experience of meditation.

In this retreat we will have the opportunity to experience the Pure Land through practising Buddha’s teachings and meditations on Lamrim, the stages of the Path to Enlightenment.

Gen Tonglam will give a teaching at the beginning of each week on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment as presented in Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s latest book, The Mirror of Dharma with Additions. These 15 meditations show how by controlling and transforming our mind we can attain a lasting happiness independent of external conditions. This magical mystery tour of the mind will make our lives truly meaningful.
